  3. Find your niche

    Search around your subject area. AVMint returns 5 audience-evidenced niches with competition notes and revenue paths. The right niche is the single biggest predictor of whether the channel works.

    • Use the topic you're passionate about + a market angle (e.g. "Bitcoin storytelling for retail investors").

  4. Review and pick a niche

    Open past searches, read each niche's audience evidence and competition notes, pick ONE. This is the most consequential decision in the whole process — the niche you pick determines who you reach and how you monetise.

  5. Create your Business Blueprint

    Turn the chosen niche into a full kit — channel brief, content plan (30 calendar items), AI prompt starters, monetisation plan, ethical disclosures. This is the document everything downstream references.

  6. Generate your UGC ad creative pack

    Generate 5 short ad scripts in TikTok Native Ad + Meta Story Ad format. Mix angles (problem-led, social-proof-led, urgency-led). Test variants — D2C lives or dies on creative variance.

  7. Capture the UGC footage

    Shoot the videos handheld, in your actual environment. Use your phone. The native-feel discipline matters — studio production will tank the ads. The script tells you exactly what to shoot.

  8. Edit your first video

    Open one of the generated items in the editor. Drop the video clips on the timeline, narration on the audio track, render to MP4. Free editing; 1 credit per substantive new render.

    Launch the ad creative + parallel organic posts. Track which creative angles win for your audience — that becomes the next batch's template.

    • Don't over-edit the AI copy — first videos teach you the platform; ship more, polish less.
