Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data AVMint collects when you use the service at avmint.com and app.avmint.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about it.

1. Who we are

AVMint ("we", "us", "our") is the AI Content Production & Business Launch Kit service operating at avmint.com. For any privacy question or data-rights request, contact privacy@avmint.com or use the contact form.

2. What we collect

Account data

  • Email address (used as your login identifier)
  • A hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
  • Account creation timestamp and last login timestamp

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number, CVC, or expiry. We receive and store Stripe-provided metadata: a customer ID, the amount and currency of each top-up, the credits purchased, and a transaction reference. Read Stripe's privacy policy.

Content you create

  • Your profile (topic, audience description, monetisation goals, etc.)
  • Business packages, blueprints, content plans, marketing plans, ad campaigns, digital products and blog posts you generate
  • Inputs you provide to free-form prompt fields

Operational data

  • Credit balance and per-action spend ledger
  • Server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, endpoint) retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention

3. What we don't collect

  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
  • We do not sell your data to data brokers.
  • We do not use your generated content to train our own models or fine-tune third-party models.

4. How we use your data

  • To operate the service (log you in, charge credits, save your generated content)
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, password resets)
  • To prevent abuse, fraud and quota gaming
  • To debug and improve the service (aggregated, not per-account profiling)

5. Sub-processors

AVMint relies on a small set of third-party services. When you request a generation, the relevant prompt and context are sent to the named provider to produce a response.

  • Anthropic — text generation (scripts, plans, blueprints, articles). See policy.
  • ElevenLabs — audio narration. See policy.
  • xAI (Grok Imagine) — image and video generation. See policy.
  • Stripe — payments. See policy.

These providers act as our sub-processors. AVMint has zero-retention or contractual non-training arrangements in place with the AI providers wherever the provider offers one. AVMint itself does not train models on your content.

6. Retention

  • Account + generated content: kept until you delete your account or request deletion.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Stripe receipts: retained for 7 years to satisfy tax / accounting requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (UK / EU GDPR, California CCPA, and similar regimes), you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Export your generated content
  • Object to processing (you may need to close the account)
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority

Email privacy@avmint.com from your registered address to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

AVMint uses a small number of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the marketing site or in the app.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). All traffic is served over HTTPS. The application database is on a private server with restricted access. Daily backups are taken; backups are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover a breach affecting you, we will notify you within 72 hours.

10. Children

AVMint is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post material changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is material we will also email registered users.
