Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-05-21
These Terms govern your use of the AVMint service at avmint.com and app.avmint.com. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.
1. The service
AVMint is an AI-assisted production tool. You provide a topic and parameters; we orchestrate third-party AI providers to produce text, audio, image, video and document outputs that you may use in your business. We are not a substitute for professional advice — legal, financial, medical, regulatory or otherwise.
2. Account & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity under your account.
- One account per natural person or legal entity. Sharing credentials with non-account-holders is not permitted.
3. Credits & payment
- The service is pay-as-you-go: you top up credits and each generation deducts credits at the published rate.
- Credits are priced at $0.02 per credit. The minimum top-up is $10.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active.
- All payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Local currency conversion is performed by your bank.
- Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a top-up is complete the credits are yours to spend on the service — they will not be exchanged back for cash. Credits remain available indefinitely while your account is active.
- If a generation fails through a fault on our side or on the AI provider's side, we automatically restore the credits to your balance so you can retry without additional cost.
4. Ownership of generated outputs
Subject to your payment of the relevant credits, you own the outputs you generate through AVMint and may use them commercially, modify them, and redistribute them. AVMint does not claim ownership over your generated content.
AI-generated outputs are not always copyrightable under every jurisdiction's law. You are responsible for understanding the legal status of AI outputs in your jurisdiction before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AVMint to produce or distribute:
- Content sexualising minors, or any content prohibited by applicable law.
- Targeted harassment, defamation, or doxxing of identifiable individuals.
- Malware, phishing kits, fraud schemes, scam scripts, or content used to deceive consumers.
- Election-influence content impersonating real candidates, officials or institutions.
- Synthetic likenesses of identifiable real people without their consent.
- Content infringing third-party intellectual property.
- Disinformation campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Bulk SEO spam, AI-generated content farms designed to manipulate search rankings, or content intended to violate the policies of the platforms you publish it to.
You are also required to comply with the terms of service of any platform where you publish AVMint-generated content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, etc.) — including their AI-disclosure requirements.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where we terminate for material breach (e.g. abuse, fraud, prohibited content) any remaining credit balance is forfeit. You may close your account at any time; credits do not transfer to cash on closure.
7. Financial projections & advice disclaimers
AVMint generates business plans, marketing plans and digital products that may contain financial projections, market-size estimates, monetisation forecasts and similar forward-looking statements.
- Projections are illustrative and based on patterns in the niche, not on your business's actual performance.
- Current-state figures are never invented — these will appear as "[fill in current state]" placeholders, which you must complete yourself before using the document.
- Nothing AVMint produces is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
- If you are using outputs to raise capital, sign contracts, or make material business decisions, have them reviewed by a qualified professional first.
8. AI provider variability
AVMint orchestrates third-party AI providers. Quality, length, style and even factual accuracy of outputs depend on those providers and may change over time. We do not guarantee any specific output for a given input. You should review every generation before you use it.
9. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not promise specific SLAs. We may perform planned maintenance, and outages of third-party providers may affect generation availability. Credits are restored automatically when a generation fails for these reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVMint's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid AVMint in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. AVMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AVMint against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service — including any claim that content you generated and published infringes a third party's rights or violates the policies of a platform you published it to.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, for registered users, emailed. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, save for any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.
14. Contact

This document is provided in good faith and is intended to be the operative Terms for the AVMint service, but it is not a substitute for legal advice. If you operate AVMint as a reseller, or in a regulated industry, you should have your own lawyer review your use case before relying on these Terms.
